Phelps won 8 golds!


MICHAEL PHELPS WON 8 OLYMPIC GOLD MEDALS! :D He's broken the Mark Spitz's record of winning 7 gold medals! ) o.O Michael Phelps is just so amazing!

Today the US relay team came in 1st with a new world record time of 3:29.34 min. & yesterday Phelps came in first in the 100m Fly event with a new world record time too! WOO HOO!

Hands of Love

Today is the celebration of my church's 20th Anniversary @ Singapore Expo. One of the performances showcased was called the Hands Of Love &... I was part of it! We've been rehearsing hard for the past one month or so! It might seem simple & easy, but it really requires quite an amount of arm strength, flexibility of the fingers & PERSEVERANCE. Try holding your hands in the air for a few minutes & you'll understand! Anyway, our performance was based on the very meaningful song called We Were The Reason. Although the images shown were mostly repetitive, but hope that you'll enjoy it 'cos we really put in a lot of effort in practising and synchronising our actions! Take note of the lyrics!
